Definitions and rules of regional/language communities

KL Kate Lebedeff Public Seen by 296

Definition (and possibly renaming) of these elements (RUG/RUC/UCR); Selection of a person to take care of this part and start working with the "RUG" until community election.
(RUG: Regional User Group
RUC: Regional User Community
UCR: User Community representative)

To make it bit more clear:

Each RUG can have 3 leaders elected by that particular community.
They communicate with all OMA, but also have a special person (could be in Council or not), who helps and coordinates all RUGs - that is UCR (has to be a member of the association and is elected by community (rules need to be defined)). He has to have a strong participation in forum, work with the RUGS and bring information, expectations, desires, to council of OMA. He is a kind of coordinator/provost.

Portuguese speaking community is large and very motivated, we hope for their help to move this whole topic of "regional users groups" forward - first, by making it working great in their own field:).
RUG should be autonomous, self managed, help openmandriva and constribute to her, and OMA should provide them what they need to help them grow and help OMA grow- together.

UCR should be the bottleneck of OMA to work with all the existing communities, ask them for ideas, suggestions, integration possibilities of their structures, for example, sometimes they have their own repos, why is that, why don't they contribute to the main repo? what's the bottlenecks, etc.. also provide them with artwork and artwork guidelines, and a space on our community wiki, forum, etc to spread.

RUG/C that goes for Regional User Groups / Communities are a non-flexible definition, we need something more flexible like User Pod, or Community Pods. Like a network, with different nots/pods, those pods can be regional, language based, interest based, etc...

We need also to talk to the existing groups and check out the needs and expectations, also the suggestions based on what went wrong in the past and what went good, and try to cutt the ruff edges and start with the right foot.

re names (treat this as brainstorming)
LCD (Language community department)
(meaning by "department", that world is the OMA community:), and here we specify the part of it by language principle)
