Installing Loomio to your homescreen via Chrome for Android

I've just deployed an update which will allow users to install Loomio as an icon to their home screen on android devices.

This is the first of a series of improvements we're planning which will bring an integrated Loomio experience to your mobile device. Let me know of any questions or issues!

NB: Chrome sets the rules for when the banner shows up which are:
- You've visited the domain at least twice, with at least 5 minutes between visits
- and, you haven't dismissed the banner notification before.
