Policies and Procedures- where to find them and how you can help create/review them.
This is a gentle reminder of where our Policies and Procedures are located for Jeder. We have two main areas of where we store our Policies, one being the back end of the website (go to www.jeder.com.au and then to the home button- top left hand side- and click on administration and enter the password). The other is the Jeder G Suite (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0AHrH4nUSDoXCUk9PVA).
If you cannot access any of these, please let me know.
Most of our Policies have been identified for review, which will be discussed in the Governance Jedi (soon to be held).

@jasonemmins let’s make a time to go through all the current P&Ps. I have them all but the editable ones are still google docs that are owned by Pere. Happy to help the starting again process so we have access to the all. Pere also developed a spreadsheet list of them and when they need to be reviewed.

Thanks @michaelakennedy, lets see if we can get together soon to go through the list and start the updating process. @peregrinchiara1 do you have the editable versions of the Policy which you could send through so we don't have to retype them?

Yes - I agree. How about we have a list of policies and procedures, the Jedi/s that should be responsible for reviewing and providing feedback and then a process where each reviewed policy goes to the board for approval?
