Motion to form a legal entity

This discussion is about the formation of a legal entity to back the QGIS project.
The rationale for this proposal is described as QEP-16 here https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Enhancement-Proposals/pull/22.

The vote on the proposal to accept the verein is restricted to PSC members only. All community members are welcome to comment / give input.

By accepting this proposal, you are agreeing to the formation of the QGIS.org legal entity. Under this arrangement, the PSC will be disbanded and outgoing PSC members will immediately take up position as the transitionary board of the QGIS.org legal entity.

@richardduivenvoord I had QGIS.org (lowercase .org). I try to encourage people to use QGIS rather than Qgis or qgis since it is an acronym for Q Geographical Information System and by english convention anyway, acronyms are written in capitals...

OSGEO requires a PSC. We should indicate that the new board "acts" as the PSC for QGIS in any documentation/mention of this action.

but agree with the motions
