that diagram is excellent and gave it to friends as "field guide" of how it works loomio!

@matthewbartlett if you get a chance to make an html version of this we can get it translated for international use. Perhaps think about how it could be integrated into https://www.loomio.org/about#how-it-works ?

@richarddbartlett how about an image with the text gone that you can position some divs over?

@benjaminknightloom where do you want those thumbs to appear in the app? They're the same as the ones on the present position buttons...

@benjaminknightloom how could you not recognize the Loomio thumb, I won't forget....

I received some interesting feedback today which may be useful. A friend is using Loomio with her family to make family decisions. Her comments outline the difficulties her kids have with using Loomio:

"They are slightly confused about where to enter stuff
So that could be made clearer...whether you are making a new proposal, commenting on a current one or commenting in a vote.

It's all clear enough when you have the whole idea in mind but they struggled at first with that."

I love your diagram @matthewbartlett I think it clearly sums up the process - which is great for people who are just being introduced to loomio. I'm actually doing my dissertation about democratic deliberation and environmental decision-making and I'm using loomio as part of my study. Could I use your diagram (with proper referencing) in the dissertation? The dissertation will be kept in the geography department at UCL so other students can have a glimpse of how it works
