This is a practice run so everyone can get comfortable with how proposals work on Loomio.
Let's make this one about the Loomio app. How does everyone feel about an app like this? Do you think it could work well for the Mbona Circle? Do you think it's a better way for shareholders to engage with one other? Do you have any other thoughts / concerns / statements?

It's great to have a platform that facilitates the virtual exchange of info and ideas. It would be almost impossible to get as many voices to be heard if we were to convene face to face meetings!

An app is great because it enables remote participation, anytime, anywhere. We need to figure out a way to limit participation to eligible parties only (shareholders and their immediate families?)

I support this proposal because it will give us an opposite as a collective to make decisions in an informed way. It hopefully will make issues clearer and more manageable, rather than being based on gossip, rumour and misinformation.

I support this proposal because it provides an interactive platform for all shareholders to put matters on the table for discussion. I love the idea of inclusion, participation with like-minded, value driven people who are building community.

I've done quite a bit of research - and this is the best online tool that I can find that has the capacity to allow shareholders to add their voice and be heard in an inclusive way... so that (even as a group of 250 very different individuals) - we're still able to get a decent grasp on what the "general consensus" is).

Just experimenting a bit here. As you can see... we all have the freedom to post photos, files, comments, videos, links, voice notes - whatever... and we all have the power to build new threads (ie: new topics of conversation)... and also to put together polls & votes.
