New Online Meeting Rooms

Triggered by the Coronavirus pandemic, but a useful addition to our resource-base, Sheffield Hallam University has agreed to fund a subscription to Whereby.com to provide better online meeting facilities.

To date, this group has not been much used (most activity occurs face to face or in https://fairshares.loomio.org) but the specific impact on universities and research activity means that we have added 10 meeting rooms (all accessible from this site).

See the front page (https://fsi.loomio.org) for six of the rooms (1 for 50 people, 4 for 12 people each). There are four further rooms accessible from the Founders, Labour, Users and Investors sub-groups. They are intended for online roleplays, but could be made available for other meetings.

Post a request in this thread if you want to book a room (I can maintain a diary with bookings, confirming the booking by inviting you to to a specific room at a specific date/time).

No charges apply for the next 2 month (while Coronavirus does its worst). Thereafter, we can discuss whether to offer a continuation of the scheme.
