About Internal Governance Circle

Internal governance and decision making circle is about organising the whole party.

The party has chosen to use sociocracy / holacracy methods to organise and make decisions so this group helps members understand how to use this process. Other functions are:

*If needed update Vision, mission, aims
*Organises meeting venues and or phone meetings
*Notifies Inner Circle of meetings 24 hours before a meeting
*Facilitates meetings
*Compiles agendas
*Internal conflict prediction and resolutions
*Governance training

The group is open for any party members to participate. We meet as needed via google hangouts.
