Our previous communications manager, Robert Edward Smith, has moved on to a different position and we have a vacancy in a key role. This proposal will ask that we offer the position to Virginia Rodino, and that we allow for her to take the position as a co-chair of the Maryland Green Party, reporting to the other Co-Chair.

1)The position of Communications Coordinator be modified to have a clause that says, “If the position is held by a co-chair the communications coordinator reports to the other Co-chair. Any evaluation is made by an ad-hoc committee. Priorities are set by the Press and Publicity Committee if it is standing and by the other co-chair if it is not”
2)The position of communications coordinator be offered to Virginia Rodino
