Attached is the Radical Routes template spreadsheet model, which they use to calculate what they can afford to buy and what their members pay in rent.

They have said that bank managers they show this to are very impressed.

@cillian we could look at setting up an online version of this as part of a website?

That Radical Routes budgeting spreadsheet looks very useful, I think an online version would be good but would take a ton of time to build because the spreadsheet covers so much, probably easier to just add a link to it on the website. In any case, good find!

Radical Routes also has its own financing, which they can tap into when setting up a new coop (they typically have 2 financiers, one is from eg a building society which gives 70% of the funding, then they get a second lender which can be Rootstock for the rest)
