'Empathy Circles' - a good potential tool

Perhaps this should go in Share the Learning and just for info really as an example of a potential new democratic tool. Looks a great way for us to really listen to each other and explore our own thoughts - I'm participating in one of these tomorrow evening and it looks to be simple and effective to do. Good to see you in the AUK Zoom call earlier Ben.
Totally agreed about the Empathy Circles - I've been on a couple of calls now with Edwin Rutsch - and have come to the conclusion I'm nowhere near as good a listener as I thought (pactice required!), but the process has a lot of merit - I'll raise this at my local XR group when we next meet (online?).

I have been practicing this system with Edwin for about a year now and the process of feeling heard and actually listing allows a deeper level of trust to develop with continued used of the setting created within the circle process. If anyone want to have a circle about an issue please contact me as I cam facilitate the process.
