'Empathy Circles' - a good potential tool
Perhaps this should go in Share the Learning and just for info really as an example of a potential new democratic tool. Looks a great way for us to really listen to each other and explore our own thoughts - I'm participating in one of these tomorrow evening and it looks to be simple and effective to do. I have been practicing this system with Edwin for about a year now and the process of feeling heard and actually listing allows a deeper level of trust to develop with continued used of the setting created within the circle process. If anyone want to have a circle about an issue please contact me as I cam facilitate the process.

Good to see you in the AUK Zoom call earlier Ben.
Totally agreed about the Empathy Circles - I've been on a couple of calls now with Edwin Rutsch - and have come to the conclusion I'm nowhere near as good a listener as I thought (pactice required!), but the process has a lot of merit - I'll raise this at my local XR group when we next meet (online?).
