Emma the Vecologist is a scientist, activist and vegan who posts and talks about plastic packaging and the impact on animals. She is organising some events where people return their plastic packaging to the supermarket where it was bought, as a protest against excessive and unnecessary packaging. One of these will be in Cambridge, date and details to follow.
