Really nice looking flyers. But should there be a little bit of info on what taking place at NatGat (music, marches, teach-ins, SF Mime Troupe, etc.)? I suspect more people will be interested in coming than will want to join the planning effort.

that's true. these were quick get the basics out for the monsanto actions last weekend, with the idea to add more stuff as it is confirmed, create new ones.

I just wanted to get something done, had planned to bring to March Against Monsanto last Saturday, created them Friday night/Sat. a.m. Never got there, but did get a few sent around. Let me know what more information should be added and I will expand to a full page with those details.

Actually, we intentionally didn't want to put anything specific on it, though generic words like teach-ins, music, marches, etc. could be helpful. While we've been waiting for the press release, hardly anyone knows that the gathering is happening. So I suggested just what, when, where (city only) as a starting place, and stay away from the specifics. This is what is known in the advertising world as a "presence" piece, often dramatic visual scenes and music, and then at the end, the name of the product. The idea is to get "Occ Natl Gathering - July 31 to Aug 3 - Sacramento CA" into as many people's awareness as possible. Butt simple. The details can come later.

I mentioned this in the video, but I altered the flyer some....
Integrated a printer/scanner/copier into the mobile office and was told that the printer would be too much pull on the inverter of the power station. I blended it right on in there!
I do have one thing that pops the inverter, I'l get on that soon, because there is no logical reason why 0.08amp any electrical engineers on board? :D

Thanks, Julia! Glad that you were able to make it work; I think printers vary in image characteristics. I am no help with electrics.
