Bug: front page CSS for sign in

if the browser is below a certain width (~850px) the 'Sign In' button can't be scrolled to.

Yeah this layout sucks on anything less than 850px. If you're interested in what the fix would look like, investigate Bootstrap's 'responsive layout' :)

PS - We are migrating to using github issues for reporting bugs. So in the future instead of posting on Loomio you can just create a github issue.

cool wasn't sure where to post.. had a quick look, found feedback subgroup, saw it wasn't used ... perhaps put link in description of that subgroup
