Is there any way to add a cookie message on top of the main page similar to the attached screenshot? Or is this something I will need to modify/add code for?

Hi Bursuc,
Good point; we're going to add support for this imminently. We'd like to make it toggle-able with an ENV variable.
Are you hosting your own instance, or running off of loomio.org?
