Hi Guild mates,

As we've shared with you all we have been in conversation with Wholehearted Bookkeeping Cooperative about doing a work-exchange. After an Intake call with piggybank team and a conversation with Board, they have submitted a proposal. This work exchange trial will start with 3 months and will evaluate after whether this should continue or not.

We are asking for you to do following

  • take a look at a proposal submitted by Wholehearted Bookkeeping Cooperative that is attached.

  • share any comment after reading.

  • please share whether we should try or not try.

May I ask why we are proposing to extend another 3 months vs committing to the partnership/work exchange?

@Stephane Duret fair question, though I think until we have a sense of possible costs over time, I'd definitely prefer that we keep this in short intervals. Especially given our finances atm, and the challenges the new board is going to have to work through there.

(I also don't recommend we ever do anything that is not time-limited. Every program should have to renew itself on a regular basis.)
