Culture Night 2014 Meetings
So to get the last of the planning stages over with we would probably need at least two meetings before Culture Night.
The first would be to get together the bulk of our volunteers into a room , including interested members who have yet to join, for at least an hour so that we can decide on who is working with what group, who is going to the Exchange building -if there is an Exchange event-, and to give directions to the food coop.
The second meeting is to organise our groups together into a possible category for the Exchange and a definite category for the food coop. Mostly this is to inform all people involved with the night where they are going, how to get there, how long they are on for, and so forth.
So to reiterate plainly:
First meeting: Organising volunteers.
Second Meeting: Informing our [confirmed] groups.
Let me know what days suit for a meeting between this coming weekend and next Friday.

It seems from the emails that the Food Coop is busy anyway and would just be looking for us to engage on specific issues. I'm rewriting our Culture Night doc in info to be our agenda for tonight. Not sure if I can make it back into town this evening but will let one of you know.
