How to Send Mass Emails to your Cohort
Ways to communicate with an individual program and year are:
1) Facebook cohort pages, which don’t include all students
2) Lin can post any communication from a SAC member to their specific program/year cohort as an announcement in canvas.
3) BASW SAC reps can send messages to cohort using baswjuniors@uw.edu and baswseniors@uw.edu email lists.

Example of Quarterly Cohort Feedback Google Survey

Make sure to go to settings and make it accessible to people outside of UW emails (many students use their personal emails) and allow for multiple responses. Sharing the link seems to be the best option.
These survey should be sent every quarter so that you get as much feedback from your cohort on where you should be directing your energy.
Please urge everyone in you cohort to submit a response (multiple reminder emails and announcements in class are effective)

How to reserve a room and get the key for room.
-Email Nicole Gunther at npg324@uw.edu asking her to reserve a room ahead of time (these reservations are often made way ahead of time when dates and times of meetings are confirmed at the beginning of the year)
-After room is reserved, go to Mail Room on 2nd floor and ask for key for room reserved. They will sign it out to you. You are then responsible for returning room to how you found it. Make sure boards are wiped, tables and chairs returned to original positions. And making sure the doors are locked!
-Return key to after hours drop box next to Mail room door or back to the receptionist.
