Could this tool add value to existing IDEC culture?

It would be great to surface the noticings about what works well within the IDEC culture at the moment and what we could experiment with further.
Could having a place to explore decisions and source more perspectives help make better decisions when we meet in person ?
Would having some conversations online be inaccessible for some people?
What are the important questions to consider here ?

linking in with other idec groups may be helpful... if someone has chloe's contact would be helpful

Chloe has already got a discussion forum setup on the EUDEC website, so we can link in with that for general idec conversations, but this is still a great resource to use in relation to IDEC2015 and nelson education cities discussions.

Loomio does have a strong commitment to accessibility (across languages, vision impairment, and technical ability).
We think that the more we can hear and communicate with others, the more informed and powerful our decisions are. I think there's a strong alignment between the IDEC community and Loomio there.
