Next/previous unread discussion
Inspired by Chrome's New Tab page, here is a mockup of next & previous buttons. The second frame shows hovering over anywhere in the right-most inch of the window.
I envisage the next page being preloaded (sideloaded? (Wellington Alcohol Consultation joke — hilarious)) for a super quick apparent page-load.
I get the joke! not sure I get the tab button though. will it navigate through each discussion that is got new posts?
Yes. Implicitly it would be going sequentially through the inbox, though you wouldn't need to know that to use it.
Yes I like it but I have the same question as Viv: when I click next, what list am I working through?

You answered it for me, yes, but how do we answer it for the users?
Ah I see. I think the answer is implied in the tool-tip — discussions I have not yet seen all comments of. Which happens to be the inbox, if one knows about that. I don't know whether this will be a pressing question to users or not.
