wow, Eve. this is a powerful, and long article. But some real good stuff in here -- like differences will always happening in a group, and they can be navigated many times consciously and with good communication, but occasionally there is a rupture over a difference… I.e. the difference is too much of a difference. And that's where the article suggests moving into the repair process. I wasn't quite sure what the repair process was specifically they suggested, but that's probably not as important as catching any rupture in our wisdom circle team, and deliberately moving towards repair. thank you for this!
