Displaying the Current Decisions box

Forgive me if this idea was mentioned already. I did some searching but didn't find it.

When reading a long thread, with ongoing/current decisions pending, I think it would be nice if the Current Decisions box "floated" with the scrolling of the screen so that as you read the thread you can always see the current decisions to the right of it. The real estate on the screen is there (on a computer) because once you scroll past the Current Decisions, Members, Previous Decisions, and Category Tags boxes are there's blank screen. I'm not a full time web developer so I'm not sure how difficult that would be but it's an idea.
