Your amendment seems reasonable, but will most likely lead to a two tier system where the wealthy have much better care.......guess that is unavoidable though.

I believe HR 676 is a good bill but needs an amendment for me to support it. I don’t believe for-profit private practices should be excluded. They need to be included so people can choose whom ever they want to and then pay the difference if they wish to use for-profit private care.
