Any members may decide on a group of members to hold a Transformative Dialogue with them. A "Transformative Dialogue" is a conversation that finds solutions within the Transformative Process for accountability and conflict resolution. The members engaged in the dialogue are empowered to vote on a solution that is relevant to their discussion. These members are empowered to even give a member a syllable within the Transformative Process following a Transformative Dialogue, if a member has violated co-op values or agreements.

Some co-op values include:

• The International Cooperative Principles

• the fiduciary duties expressed in the operating agreement

• open, honest and professional communication

• warmth, love and trust

• using co-op resources for their designated purpose, in service of the entire collective

• an absence of interpersonal violence within the collective
