Several people from Cookiewolf attended the last CoTech event in Oxford, they are members of workers.coop and would like to join CoTech, Karl from Cookiewolf has written:

Cookiewolf is a cooperatively-run digital development and design studio. We work with organisations of all sizes.
Our projects are based in true collaboration with our clients, focusing on accessibility, sustainability and inclusivity, delivered on a limited budget.
We are an experienced group of eight developers, designers, writers, and other folk who’ve come together to form a collective.
Cookiewolf Co-op reflects how we think businesses should be run, based in equity, flexibility and creative thinking.
Our members’ award-winning work spans medium to large-scale projects with clients across the arts, third sector, B2B, social justice and retail sectors.

They are a limited company and I have asked to see their rules and I'll post them here with a poll when I have them.

Brilliant Chris, thanks for doing this.

If they're a member of workers.coop we don't need to see their rules, as per the recent change to our rules (https://www.loomio.com/d/Z2mQAG3g/clarify-constitution-to-make-clear-that-membership-of-cotech-requires-membership-of-workers-coop).

@chrislowis good point! In any case it turns out that they don't have a set of co-op rules but they do have a handbook.

Please see the start of this thread for details on Cookiewolf. They'd like to join CoTech, they are members of workers.coop. This is a CoTech member vote so one-coop one-vote, please. It will pass in 14 days (an additional week added due to the holidays) if there are no disagree/block votes, but please take time to vote to agree as well as it's nice to give new co-ops a full and hearty welcome!

In favour from Autonomic

Would be great if they could publish their co-operative rules regardless.

... for some reason my vote is disabled, I get a message saying "You have not been invited to vote in this proposal"

@chriscroome - anything I can do to help with next steps on Cookiewolf's application?
