Culture Jedi meetings
The Culture Jedi meetings have been held once a month. We have been finding that there are opportunities for more people to join in. However, the number of members participating and engaging in these meetings don't reflect the majority of the Jeder membership. We are interested in learning how Jeder can improve more participation. Therefore, we agreed to engage in a consultation process to find out more what is going to take to improve participation.

A Jedi Meetings Calendar in our new email set up with shared access for everyone would be super helpful so that we can see when all the Jedi's are in one spot. As a new member, I would find this very accessible. Also, if the links to the zoom/teams meetings could be included in the content of the calendar entry that would be great.

I know that Chris Manassa has left us and should it read Bruce Morgan rather than Bruce Moran. I also wonder how we can support our deaf members to host Culture Jedi meetings maybe @Donia Boumansour @Bruce Morgan and Llewellyn who doesn't appear to be on Loomio could let us know what would help to support them.

That's frustrating - the Membership list is not up-to-date then. Maybe this needs to be included in a Handbook somewhere??? Or we need to finalise the Exit Process. If you let me know who's gone, I can slot in new names
