@Michelle Dunscombe can we easily reset the 2021 culture meetings as above?

Maybe as we seem to have confusion around the Zoom links that are currently out we can re-set them for 2021 - with the first meeting of the year being an afternoon then you can be just happy and excited?

I'm so full of mixed emotions!!! I was super keen that @Rob Hosking and I kick of 2021 but not at all keen for morning culture meetings (I don't attend them now) and also excited that you're so organised Lynn and have paired everyone up! I'm so happy/sad/excited! :D

FYI - our current Roster is about to expire. Please note that I will be doing up a new one for the next 12 months. Slight change, we will be paired with another member to Host each Jedi. This will assist new members gain confidence in Hosting and provide an automatic back-up in the event that you aren't available on the day :) Stay tuned!

HI there when is the next culture Jedi

I love attending the Culture Jedis when I can. I usually do a much needed gym class on a Wednesday at 5.30pm (now that classes are back on I'm keen as mustard to get off my backside again), so I have to leave the Jedi early. That's my only issue with being able to attend these great sessions at the current time. I always get so much out of them and enjoy learning new things about/with everyone.

Do we need another proposal for fortnightly Culture Jedi's Tuesday 6.30pm one fortnight and Wednesday 4.30pm the alternate fortnight?

This sounds like a good resolution Dee. Two options to join a Culture Jedi conversation at 2 different times to give flexibility. I'm happy to adjust zoom & send out invites to the Tuesday session. I just wonder if Tuesday at 6.30pm would work better as I read @charlottesaunders is only available after 6pm. Thoughts?

Please see the original proposal attached, which was designed with feedback requested from all members, where it is outlined that the Culture Jedi's were to be held twice a month, on Wednesdays, to give people options, but each member only needed to attend once a month... (remember that in traditional organisations, you would probably be expected to be at a team meeting once a week)

From what I'm seeing here in people's responses, if we changed one of the already scheduled fortnights to Tuesday at 4pm, the issue is potentially solved?!?

In addition, @Michelle Dunscombe has already sent you all a calendar invite via the "all Jeder" email communication where you can accept diary dates immediately and that would need to change for the fortnightly adjustment...

Am I missing something else?

Hi all, I like the idea of doing it at the end of afternoon (4pm) - I would be available on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Tuesday or Friday for me preferred after 3pm

Thursdays and Fridays after 4pm is good for me.

Hi There, for me, it is usually from 5pm, that is most suitable, however, sometimes, like most people , I have late afternoon meeting to suit my participants. Tuesday to Thursday is most suitable.

For me monthly is good. At 4pm on Tuesdays or Thursdays.
