@robertcastro I'm not clear on what your question is and what you're trying to do here.

my understanding is that activeadmin is just installed via a gem. running rails g active_admin should be unnecessary as that will be generating the default files that are already present in Loomio.
The conflict you see is because the file already exists in Loomio!
