I feel we need a Center for sure, as to having one full time (at a bigger expense) so I would say that's not so important. I do feel AOL's time usage pattern tends to be after-hours so it presents an opportunity to share with an aligned business focused entity that wants to use the peak hours.
If we can get the lease price down, what impact does this have on reducing the price of the the various course fees? My understanding is that it only has a 10% weighting.
