- Finally and more broadly, nearly 25 years ago the Consumer Federation of America first called real estate an informal cartel and the "sleeping giant of the consumer movement." Some long-time leaders of efforts to reform the industry are copied on this email, and we would like to know if we arrange a virtual meeting you / someone on Sen. Warren's team focused on consumer protection? In addition to the issues bullet pointed above, we are concerned about what the real estate industry will look like in the year 2020; and our goal is to co-create a "consumer-focused future" capable of delivering billions annually in savings:

To my knowledge, there is only one housing related event currently on the agenda for HUBweek Boston 2016:
