loomio on my own network

Good morning
After several test without results of the installation of loomio deploy version on one of my servers (test with ubuntu 14.04LTS and debian 8.2), I managed to install the development version on ubuntu 14.04LTS server.
I can open the url localhost:3000 with loomio login page, but i don't have admin login and password.
How can i create admin login and password for my local loomio server?
For using loomio in my network can i use only developpment version or must i also install loomio-deploy version on the same server?
