Objective 3

Recondition.
Stage 3 is when we are the majority and we want to convert the city to a RBE. We have to think of what will stop when people no longer go to work and the ones in control might try and shut things down. We have to expect this and have a plan just in case, if its the worse case scenario. Hopefully we will have AP (Agreement parties) by this time, that can help organize and take care of the change to a free world.
Shelter wont be needed to be taken care of, as people can find their own location in the city, no more shops remember, no more banks or lawyers etc. Plenty of places to find a home.
We have to think of food, water, internet for communication and electricity free from the grid, for our first lot of things to do.

For the internet every thing is already connected in the city and surrounding areas, all we have to do is use the internet lines that already exist now. We reconnect the internet from the city center out, but this time its free for everyone to use. More information found in post below, 3. Electronics and Computing.
Power and electricity is also an easy problem to solve if people want to share. Power will first be supplied to growing food if needed. For more information on how we are to get this power see the post below and read the comments in. 2. Power and Electricity.
After we have taken care of the most important needs first, then we shall work out what is the most important, to the least and slowly worked them into society when demand is calls for it. Like for example 13. Sports and recreation. or 11. Space exploration. or 12. Transport & logistics might have to wait a while, until the world has settled in and is ready to start building The Venus Project type world. But then to some, sports is like music and might be needed to keep people occupied during the change.
Once we have got all basics covered mentioned in the list below, about what people can do in a free world and also when we have the technology brought into the cities to sustain this free world we talk of. We then have the same technology at our hands, that can supply the TVP with the resources it needs to build it. So really its a win win situation If we can get this to work. Peace to you all.
