I have started a list of local organisations that might be working with us in different ways - whether that is running a workshop, promoting the event of giving us some money. Can we go through the list on Wednesday, to be sure that we are all agreed on our level of involvement, and who is the link?
Let me know of any organisations that I have missed, and I will add them and bring the list on Wednesday.
The y's and ?s are just some of my thoughts - but are up for discussion.

Sorry Loomi has got the better of me....So missed a few messages,,,How about YORKSHIRE ST PAULI (football team)? Also PAFRAS (Positive Action For Refugees) and possibly YORKSHIRE AID...Will see you all tonight to discuss more...Matt

Hi all - further to Sue's message I have also been putting a potential contact list together as attached. They are mainly generic contacts though so please let me know if you can fill in the gaps for individuals and also to cross reference with Sue's list. I'm not quite sure how file sharing works on Loomio so I'll maintain the original. I thought perhaps we could send a mass email shot soon advising of the TBC event, requesting their attendance, donations, & involvement followed by a hard mail shot asking them to at least display promotional posters and flyers when they are available
