Meet your Ops Teams!

Social.Coop has three ops teams: one each for the community working group, the finance working group, and the tech working group. Why don't we have a joint meeting, do a little work, and have space for Social.Coop members to get to know what we do and see if they want to help out? Not proposing this yet, just putting it out to see if there's interest.

I like the idea of this. I think the successful work of these Teams depends on having a sense of who is who, and who "we" are as a community.

How are moderation decisions made? Who updates the Mastodon instance? Why doesn't Social.Coop show up in the official list of instances to join? Who pays the bills? How much money do we have? Come meet with members of the Community Working Group Ops Team, Tech Working Group Ops Team and Finance Working Group Ops team. This is an opportunity to learn about how Social.Coop is run, to ask questions, to raise issues, and see if you want to get more involved.
A meeting with members of Social.Coop's three ops teams: Community, Tech, and Finance to meet the people keeping things running and talk about how Social.Coop works and could work better.
