Seems as though we're already running out of time and we could use more interactivity on the, albeit large, calls. This is just a place to share thoughts and make proposals.

What about if before the presentation we designate a rapporteur and have that person be on the look for questions and when the presenter is ready for them then the selected rapporteur can just ask them?

Both option of putting question in chat and raising hand should be allowed. Infact putting a question on the chat with a <question> tag helps in easy identification and understanding. Written questions are always easier to understand.Also many times participants in a session may not be able to speak or the session may not have that much of time to take questions at the end.

Yes, I was attempting to remove the comments thinking it is related to the vote. But when I looked at the vote results I found out my new vote eliminated the old one.

so is there a way to remove the first comment?

I think you click on "edit" and from there you can delete

@Marita Moll I guess that's my point. Should we be using the calls so much for just briefings or could those be better done as webinars or something. Seems to me the reason for making a presentation on a call is to get feedback, no?

@Nadira AL-Araj , you seem to be suggesting that we might want to use ONLY the chat for questions/comments to avoid repetition so we don't ever call on anyone to intervene verbally? A part of me likes that idea but I don't think we'd get away with it!
