This was held in Auckland, does anybody have a Rules of Procedure for it?

It was held at UNIMUN, and there weren't any special Rules of Procedure - it used the normal GA Committee RoP so it would be good to develop a new set for ICC.

We could maybe look at the AMUNC RoP for some guidance - not too different from RoP, but it features different forms of substantive debate.
