We missed creating a responsible party for several of the actions, rather than holding up accepting these meetings I would ask that we sort it out on email.

There were a lot of really good communication and decisions made, we need to follow up with actions (from the minutes I cannot always tell who took each action item).

I think some of the Action items below from our f2f on 24 Aug. 2016 need to be attended too.

a) 2017 Budget planning --> Agenda item Board meeting on 3 Nov. 2016

b) OSGeo strategy implementation --> Venka to request Committee chairs to come up 2017 budget requirement by end of November 2016
