How to make diasp.in GDPR compliance ?

@vik should we start with adding new policy at homepage and other pages ?

we already encrypt data, so the changes we need to make are:
update privacy policy
set up the account deletion process
set up the process for allowing a user to download their data

I'll get the privacy policy and add it here

We also need to consider compliance for matrix users. It seems most of that work has been dealt with upstream:
