Liz and Jeff are sharing a room for 6 weeks when Lizzie will go to Wellington.
We would like to propose that we pay $40/week more than Nico + our normal bills of $35 each.
Thats a total of $220 for the room. This money will cover the decrease in rent for Nekita and accumulate some money to continue covering that rent once Lizzie is gone.
I believe that we can keep everyone rent the same until at least January
