Allow Digital Cooperative Development Consortium (DCDC) to join CoTech

We’re a new Leeds based digital cooperative and we want to join CoTech.
Our coop runs as a software consultancy and we are the creators of a soon to be launched cooperative friendly distributed ledger. We also have an privacy product that incorporates some really exciting wearable tech (that we are allowed to talk about very soon).
There are currently 4 of us founding members working regularly on our projects and we hope to start hiring some full time people during the summer.
Allow DCDC to join CoTech

Thanks to everyone that voted.
There weren't any objections so DCDC are now members of CoTech. I'll follow up with them on Discourse to get them set-up with the various accounts they need.

It sounds like there is the possibility for workers to be outvoted by non-worker members but this is theoretical at this stage so happy to err on the side of inclusivity. Plus they'd be a great addition!

We are in favour but would like to emphasise that if DCDC are no longer worker controlled at some point (they stated they currently are in the Discourse thread) then we should review their membership compatibility.
