QGIS Sustaining Membership
A thread to discuss and decide whether we renew our "small" membership.
Renew our QGIS Sustaining Membership
proposal by John Bryant Closed Wed 14 Feb 2024 6:00AM
We are currently a "small" member based on our contribution of 1000 AUD last year. Membership is annual and expires 29 Feb.
We have this amount in the 2023-4 budget.
Do we renew?

QGIS is a great community-driven project used by the majority of our community. I think it's a great investment, and it's in the budget. I'm in favour.

I think while we will be making a loss this year, we have money in the bank and QGIS is a worthy cause to donate to. +1 from me.

If you look at where most of the commits come from, QGIS is an Australian product.

Thanks everyone, looks like we're all happy with this. The message has been sent to QGIS to invoice us. Cheers!
