Yes, as participants or a similar word, rather than sponsor. Being mindful that any participant MUST adhere to the overarching mission/vision/goals of WMW13.

I don't think sponsor is the right word, it is is more like 'participating groups'. Seeking sponsorship of for profit companies is wrote down as a task of the marketing working group.

Sorry if I've missed the discussion elsewhere. Is this limited to milksharing groups? I just noticed earlier today that Boba, for instance, downloaded one of last year's memes (the "action ideas" one), so wondering if the addition of (WHO code compliant) baby product companies is also worth considering? (If I am understanding "sponsor")
