Policy and Procedure Review Jedlet

The Nest has approved a full Policy and Procedure review that will be lead by our friend Kathy Rees - Only About Quality. https://onlyaboutquality.com

Our last review was done by a sibling of one of our participants and a policy writer, Lyb Makin. She recommended that our P&P's needed condensing, that while we have great information we have too many.

Kathy will be hosting the P&P review with a group of members and a group of participants / nominees and has been contracted to do the work of amending them after the consultation process. We need your help to provide feedback and direction to ensure our P&P's represent who we are and how we do things.

Please let us know if you are interested and I will form the Jedlet asap.

I didn't think of this until just now but when you say "to ensure our P&P's represent who we are and how we do things", would it be worth considering other NSO people? If Kathy is talking with a group of participants / nominees, they are not the only "clients" of Jeder?
