Kicking the Event Off

I have this feeling like in order to make this actually happen, we need to just set a date, time, and set of pair activities and run from there. Set a cut off for achieving the date, have compelling subjects to pair on, and see how it goes from there.

Asking for community involvement on something where even I don't have too crystal an idea of how it will work is probably asking a bit much, so even though we'll do it in the open I think we should just 'set up' an event for 16 people as a target, and see how it goes.

Thoughts? Feels like the only way to get a set of decisions made and get progress on a real event.
