   - Ammar facilitated, confirmed that budget for 2025 was approved and agreed to same budget with 2026 with 15% margin. Community contribution decided to leave to individuals rather then circle recommendations. There is an upcoming hacakton with cosocial. Kanaban for OC is on NextCloud, up for consideration for use: https://share.mayfirst.org/apps/deck/board/1128-. Jury selection is complete! We just need to invite selected members; Ammar has conflict and needs someone to take over invitations.

• Finance will meet today at noon eastern to discuss Community Contributions outcomes. [Insert Loomio thread links] https://www.loomio.com/p/2RbEHkxF/2025-community-contributions-member-votes  ... Cait has an outstanding to do from 1 month ago OC meeting [Insert link to meeting notes] 

• Tech - seems to have one or two new members, expect the upgrade to 4.5 next week?  TEch working group is meeting on Wednesdays every other week. They have a meeting the day before American Thanksgiving; they may keep the meeting and discuss the upgrade. 

• Community - meeting today at same time as Finance, added Silver Huang to CWG - Australia timezone member.  They are thinking about participation and hackathon. 

• Legal - Alex and Marie will join Legal WG. They will meet with Finance initally to provide social support. Cuz: "Ya gotta buddy up for a while and keep each other company." 

• Fav Scheduling Tool: Caitlin will find a time for FWG+LWG to meet with new folks in the second half of January 2026 using when2meet https://www.when2meet.com/

Context: We have two new members coming and three members (Kathe, Marie, Edu) going off of OC. We need to figure out how to welcome new folks and thank the old folks. We also need to ensure knoweldge and permissions transfers. We need to reschedule meeting times.
