Currently we have all applications routed to council@openmandriva.org
At the same time we have a membership committee, which is taking care of memberships and membership data.
At the same time we received a number of concerns from members-to-be about supplying their private data to a wide ML (as council ML).
what is clear:
1. members concerns have to be respected
2. council members have to have access to this data if needed (and they guarantee, that this data goes no further)
3. safe encrypted storage of data within membership committee has to be guaranteed

Suggestion: to make sure that membership committee ML is fully closed and to make it primary email for membership applications.
