AI/ML/KRR Positions for Research Scientists, Research Assistants, and Developers in Cyprus

Multiple positions for Research Scientists, Research Assistants, and Developers are available at Open University of Cyprus as part of two projects:

1. The ongoing project "WeNet: The Internet of Us" (https://www.internetofus.eu) is funded under the H2020-FETPROACT call and seeks to design and develop a diversity-aware, machine-mediated social interaction platform, exploiting the complementary competencies of humans to solve problems that are beyond the skills of individuals. 2. The project "MARI-Sense" (expected to start within 2019) is funded under the RPF-Integrated call and seeks to design an integrated platform with the ability to sense, learn, and reason about various maritime operations. The projects offer competitive salaries, the opportunity to work closely with members of the project consortia across Europe and with groups at the Research Center on Interactive Media, Smart Systems, and Emerging Technologies (http://rise.org.cy), as well as the opportunity to pursue Ph.D. studies for eligible pre-doctoral applicants (separate application deadline, as in the announcements), or the opportunity to teach and supervise students for eligible post-doctoral candidates.
