Interface change: the User Dropdown

I've just deployed a fix which (in my mind) is pretty minor, but it does shift around the locations of some important functionality, so I thought I'd outline it here.

We've been getting a decent amount of feedback that the Help and Edit Profile functions are a bit too buried in the sidebar if you're a part of a lot of groups. These, along with the 'sign out' button, are really important to have readily accessible at all times, so we've moved them :)

You'll now notice a user dropdown on the top right, which has important account functions underneath it

Hopefully this will make it a bit easier for newer users to find and use these important functions. Enjoy!
