2020 Luxury Healing Retreat (LHR) Strategic Marketing Plan Draft
Please note: this is a 1st draft, working copy only. This has been provided by Michael Sweet and is for all members to contribute to.
When providing feedback please be sure to also provide suggestions and alternative possible solutions as well. This is a collaborative effort with the aim to draw together everyone’s best thinking into a central working document that may be referred to as the plan ahead progresses and crystalizes into a formal business plan to be ratified by all members. Please commit your comments in green and submit as your copy with your name in the top right-hand corner to be incorporated into the central working document. Once coalesced in the weeks ahead we will have a vote to finalise in a direct democracy with the majority vote carrying.

1.) the draft business plan.
2.) The financial model 3 options to buy the land.
3.) Assign tasks to a Each member.
This will be an alcohol free and intentional meeting.
