I'd love a Dark mode

1. Use Loomio a lot
2. Have a big screen
3. Get blinded all day and night by sooo much white
4. Begrudgingly use 'Deluminate' Chrome extension (and suffer some graphic faults)
Vuetify (the UI framework for loomio 2.0) will provide this functionality for us I think.
Deluminate is actually fairly awesome
alongside Darkness
and Stylus. All Chrome extensions. Kinda silly I have to use 3 to make all the websites I frequently use stop annihilating my eyeballs. Thing is a pro screen (for video work etc) needs to be big and bright for contrast ratios.
